SEE FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Humans are social creatures and we need to spend quality time with optimistic people who make us feel good, and help build our confidence. These interactions release stress from the body and mind. Organise to see friends and family members who make you laugh, and with whom you can share stories about what’s going on in your life.
