This goes out to GetMore for providing a service to me that is really helpful, however the reason for this compliment is a lady by the name of Tatum. She has been amazing in assisting me with practically running my business and assisting in securing appointments and liaising with client on my behalf.

To Tatum, you are great and amazing at what you do. You have great talent – don’t ever stop doing what you do. I did ask you once if I could get you lunch, just to say thank you for doing what I asked and following up, but you said no.

I went to JHB a couple of weeks back and needed directions from Potchefstroom to SkyJacks in Boksburg, and I must say, I was so lucky to have GetMore on my side. There is actually one guy in particular that I would like to thank for his patience, personality, determination and professionalism – and that’s Munesh. I would have been lost so badly, but he was there every step of the way. He was on the phone all the time, directing me to his best ability, and I must add, I was very impressed with him.

GETMORE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE

There is no network like Cell C in my life, really this network makes my life better than before, especially GetMore - it changed my life! Today I have my own stove which I’ve been struggling to buy since 2011. At that time I had financial problems and I suffered to even sustain myself. At that time, I was using another network and then choose to use Cell C in November last year.

I didn't know when I choose Cell C, I was opening the doors for my family. Now when I want to buy something in the house, I simply contact Cell C GetMore. I thank God for everybody who helped me at the Get More call centre, especially Sandiso Dudane who helped me get a wood and coal stove at a very good price.

This weekend I am going to a restaurant with my partner in Bethlehem. GetMore played a big role in helping me book and is paying for the one meal. The person who helped me book our discount meal is Thembelihle Ngwenya. I thank God for these people who helped me. I don't know what more I can say to thank GetMore. I want to thank you for everything you have done for me, I don’t know how I can express my excitement about the excellent service you and GetMore provided to me at a little cost. Please forgive me, I once wanted to cancel the deal with GetMore but now I can see that I nearly made a mistake.

Mr Simon Goodall from McCarthy Nissan came today to show me the bakkie. The bakkie looked brand new! I can’t believe that I, Sabelo, will drive my own bakkie in that condition. Each and every moment I think of that bakkie my eyes fill up with tears of joy.

Please allow me to thank you all for the great service. Thank you! Thank you to Emmanuel who took my call on 5 March in the evening, when I enquired about the bus schedule from Florida to Sandton. It was a real pleasure speaking to someone who made me feel at ease, considering the fact that I had never taken a bus as my regular mode of transportation to and from work. He made me feel as though I had made the right decision to take the bus to work, to save money on my day-to-day petrol expenses, and that I had called the right people for the best advice and information.

The next day I got an email and a follow up call from Katlego regarding the bus schedule. I have never stopped hearing from him as he constantly makes sure I’m okay and asks whether I need anything else. The weekly movie schedule from you, Katlego, is really appreciated. You are a true blessing.
